With this one, I had to figure out a way to get beneath the surface.
All of the details were recessed. It’s been very interesting to coax the forms out of pie crust.
Work it too much and the butter melts, making it impossible to sculpt. Work it too soon and it’s not flexible enough, causing just as many issues.
